I feel like theres at least one movie or tv show Ive seen where a telekinesis user is super fat and unkempt because theyve used their power their entire life and never had to do anything. Anyway, yeah, its top tier. Super speed is cool too, as is matter manipulation (Atom Eve from Invincible). I think being one of the superheroes whose power is max luck stat would be pretty great for life in the real world.

The funny thing is, one of the most overused ones: fast healing, would be one of the worst. If anyone found out about it, someone would kidnap you to try to replicate it, and they could put you through pain that would kill a regular human every day to get it.
