Topic	I wanna say this about COVID - Its effecting care for Non-COVID patients
MaddenDude-- 08/06/21 4:44:16 PM #1:	Our ICU is completely full and more than half the patients there are COVID. These guys tend to stay for at least a week if not several weeks. It completely clogs up the system to the point where critically ill patients are overflowing in rooms where they are probably getting suboptimal care. And often critically ill patients are stuck in rural ERs for days at a time because all hospitals around them are full. And trust me you don't want a critically ill patient, or any patient for that matter, to sit around in an emergency room for days at a time. No one is really talking about this point but I am most definitely seeing this right now.
