Toilet seat covers are a placebo. They don't actually do anything but make some people that don't know that they don't work feel better. If you are actually concerned about germs on the toilet seat you are much better off whiping the seat down with an alcohol whipe before you sit on it than putting an absorbant sheet of paper over it. ...
