Stock got BTFO today as a result and I'm bag holding it badly now. Still a good company and I bought it originally without knowing a merger is on the table so I expect it to come back. Not entirely sure what a SK chip manufacturer does that creates a national security risk for a different country it has almost no presence in, but I suspect it's just a political posturing move by the US.
