This is just one of many. My understanding is that you can't sue vaccine manufacturers in general for any of the vaccines we take, and that hasn't been a problem. I personally think that people should be allowed to sue them, but the reality is that 99.999999% of those lawsuits would be expensive show trials where anti-vaxxers made false or unverifiable claims. If someone really feels and can prove their injury was caused by an unsafe vaccine, there's a no-fault process for compensation as well.
