People have come up with endless, ever shifting reasons not to take the vaccine. This is just one of many.

My understanding is that you can't sue vaccine manufacturers in general for any of the vaccines we take, and that hasn't been a problem. I personally think that people should be allowed to sue them, but the reality is that 99.999999% of those lawsuits would be expensive show trials where anti-vaxxers made false or unverifiable claims.

If someone really feels and can prove their injury was caused by an unsafe vaccine, there's a no-fault process for compensation as well.

This isn't even the reason most people cite though and it's not a good reason even if it was.

we should be able to sue. If anti vaxxers want to lie/waste everybodys time, theyll be proven wrong in a court of law and prosecuted accordingly. Itd be silly to think that nothing the pharmaceutical industry has ever put out ever faced a recall for whatever reason. A little accountability would go a long way. If a model of vehicle i was interested in had even less than 100 incidents, id feel a lot more confident in purchasing it as the manufacturer would be liable. This is the only legitimate concern i hear irl in my day to day. Key word: legitimate. All the other conspiracy loons online are hopeless, if were lucky theyll all die off pretty soon.

Fuck me this is a new one.

Just go get the fucking vaccine, holy fuck.
Fuck off, i already am. Stop insinuating that anybody who criticizes the lack of accountability means that theyre anti vax
