Or if you're in a Country for a Short while (less than 3 Days) that doesn't accept any kinda Credit/Debit? Also you really should of noted in your first post that you're getting an additional million dollars to your current setup, with a constraint on how you can use all of your money, rather than being restricted to only one million for the rest of your life (at least that's what I'm getting from your replies).
