You're shedding stuff at all hours of the day, so it's not like you're literally the same all day even if you don't sweat. This. You shed hair, you shed skin cells, and if you're not ashy, your skin is excreting oils or something so it's good to hose off every day. I never understood the "I took a shower last night" crew because in your sleep, you don't know how much sweating and shedding and farting you do. A good couple of mid sleep hurricane kicks will make you think you stayed dry --- Never in the history of calm down has anyone calmed down by being told to calm down ... Copied to Clipboard! |
