Most people I know who buy a house live there for at least 30+ years. One of my dad's friends have had the same house in his family for 150 years. The only reason people move so often is because changing rental prices. Which isn't really an issue with houses since they are largely inflation-proof given you are willing to stay in them for long periods of time. --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job!
