He was arrested for 2nd degree murder and assault o 46 y/o Ariel Alvarado in East Harlem when he was found unresponsive and suffering from cuts to his knees and his neck badly injured. Doctors discovered he sustained severe head trauma and internal injuries that lead to his death Alvarado allegedly make sexual remarks toward Ortiz's 14 y/o daughter and the teen's father flew into rage and punched him in the face and threw him down a flight of stairs He claimed it was SELF DEFENSE and that the man was a PEDOPHILE who was going to touch his daughter after that remark.
