Learned about this when I applied to a shipping warehouse as a young man, thinking it would be easy money, because I was very in shape at the time. Fucking nope. An older excon there told me how he won't sit down, because after he does, he won't be able to get back up, and I felt that the same on day 1. And its a wonder they come back to prison. Its society failing them as much as the prison system. Most jobs in the prison are only a few hours a day. At mine anyways. Sewing plant is maybe 8 to 10 hours a day kitchen maybe 6 to 8.
