According to the values the US is founded on the constitution should be enough to ensure those freedoms. Personal freedoms have always been and must always be restricted by the effects that freedom will have on other people. There's no reason to treat vaccination any differently: If restricting unvaccinated people is the only way to ensure that everyone else can go about their lives in safety and freedom, unvaccinated people should be restricted.
