Questioning the elites can lead to "consequences"...

Except when it happens to a leftist, they get reinstated >_>

Is that legal? My understanding was that in the entire US if you worked over 40 hours you got OT. Is Nabisco trying to classify their entire staff as salaried?

Even if you're salaried, that's illegal unless you're in a management position with oversight responsibilities.

US companies haven't exactly given a damn about what's legal for some time now, and no one with any power has been going after them except a few "radical leftists." That is how far to the right and into the land of insanity our country has become.

it is legal, yes

overtime is only working more than your required hours. so if your standard work time is 9-5 m-f, so your normal 9 hour work period. anything over that is overtime.

but if they change your work period to 12 hour days, then anything over that is considered overtime.

Where do you get stuff like that? It's like you spent all of your time researching on dumbasspedia.

You post the stupidest fucking shit ever, Helly. It's amazing that you consistently have the worst fucking hot takes. No, you can't just say "if you workweek is 80 hours, overtime is just hours worked past that!" And jfc that you'd believe that.
