The charge doesn't really fit.

Eh, I can kind of see it. For the purpose of inciting panic, she proclaimed that there were multiple objects in the store that had the potential to cause serious harm to large numbers of people within it. Especially in the early days of the pandemic, when so little was known about its transmission that evacuating the store might actually have been reasonable after she contaminated it so thoroughly, it's not an altogether unreasonable charge, if a bit awkward.

This argument actually sounds pretty reasonable considering that being too wealthy and pampered had been an acceptable legal defense.

  1. In March 2020, there really weren't enough restrictions to cause somebody to "lose their mind"
  2. Being too wealthy isn't an acceptable legal defense for logical reasons. It's an acceptable legal defense for monetary reasons
