When I was a kid, I would've told you that Daena was the only choice and that Escad was just a jealous meanie head at Irwin because he's unclean and has the heart of the girl he loved. That's how most see him.

But there's another side. A side I only understand now at my age. By never explaining it, I leave it explained and unexplained the same outcome as those who perceive the above as they would perceive what I could write here below.

Then again, I've always been a rebel. Lay enough opinions out, and I'm all on my own. The world surely against me. Just like Escad. And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way.
