This is a hard question for me to answer because I specifically avoid cereals with a sugar content over 8g per serving, which precludes a lot more cereals than one might guess. There are also a number of cereals -- particularly those with oat clusters -- where I like them at first and then I'm making faces by the end of the bowl. Or eating the same cereal to go through the box makes me feel sick after the first day. So I've sticking to some less inspiring cereal choices like plain cheerios.
