Topic	Is Deadly Premonition any good?

I haven't played the Director's Cut or Switch version, but in the original, everything is beyond clunky, especially the driving, oh my god the driving. Even besides the controls, I thought most of the enemy encounters were bland and uninspired, which is where the game's budget really shines through the most I think. It is a great story, but is it worth suffering through the game? I honestly don't think so personally. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me.
