Topic	I have my first dentist appt in over 5 years today

Doesn't mean he isn't brushing if he has cavities TC, it's best not to be nervous(just try and keep in mind that the end goal will make life much more enjoyable). I had something similar, years ago. The process sucks, but it's definitely for the best. If you haven't been in that long they are likely to suggest a deep cleaning as well. Just get in there and get everything taken care of.
