Sackboy and Miles Morales had free upgrades Next gen only games are $70 Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok got delayed from 2021 to 2022 No next gen games due after Returnal. Combine that with the above and there's no $70 game from Sony for at least a year probably. They scramble and tried to remove upgrade paths completely for Forbidden West. Backfires and they 'compromise' for $70 crossgen games with $10 upgrade fee Sony know they're not offering good value.
