The definition of podcast is, "a digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series, new installments of which can be received by subscribers automatically."

I think that because the visuals are not necessary for the audio to make sense, it's just a visual addition and the audio can stand alone, you could pass it as a podcast. But you wouldn't call a show like game grumps a podcast because some, if not most the audio content depends on the visuals to land.
