Had an honest conversation about my mental health, how inaccessible decent mental health treatment is, and how in general things seem somewhat bleak for me. There's a lot of intersecting problems that seem impossible to take care of. Realistically speaking, of course. She has a very rudimentary, simple concept of mental health in general. One of my siblings took their life almost a decade ago and she was oblivious to the red flags.
