There's possible evidence that drinking will stop the production of whatever that colors your hair. I'm about to me 33 and have several grey hairs in my beard. Both sides of my family don't go grey early but I'm the only heavy drinker to my knowledge. I got small sideburns and I get one or two a week. I feel like just being in a relationship kick started that shit. I'm 37 so I know it's just gonna happen but I feel like in the almost 2 years it accelerated. kinda curious to see how grey my beard comes in too that's part of it.
