Many people fall under the same overall umbrella, but believe in different things or have slightly differing opinions. I wish plant-based solutions got more mainstream attention, though. Everytime I bring up or link the BMJ study, for example, people interpret it as something like propaganda, or downplaying natural remedies that work just as well as Western medicine, if not better.
