If you beat your eggs before cooking it better be to bake a cake or make an omelette. Does it really matter, though? I mean, an omelette and scrambled eggs taste about the same, anyway. The only reason I'd make an omelet over scrambled is if I wanted to load it up with stuff, which I could do with scrambled, as well. But I just like mine with cheese, so...
