Topic	Why are there no good strategy/city builder type games on the phone?

There's also Birth of the Empires, a copyrights-filed-off clone of Star Trek: Birth of the Federation. Or if you want TBS, there's XCOM: Enemy WIthin, Open X-COM (the original), and several excellent games by Wavelight Games.
