Running and cycling helped me shed over 100 pounds and made me much more confident and now I do it to keep up and to get faster and longer. Yeah I almost always listen to music. Sometimes single artists ive been obsessing over, sometimes Spotify playlists. I havent tried podcasts tho, wonder if thatd be decent to run to.
