Based on my observations of people in public, essentially no one is taking care to avoid contamination. I wish that weren't the case but just watch how people handle their masks. If never removing it is what it takes for some people who are consciously doing so to avoid contamination, that's great. I don't do that, while I have been 1) putting on /taking off/adjusting my mask by only touching the ear loops, 2) always worn masks with the same side facing in/out, and 3) laundered cloth masks after each day of use since a day or two after lockdowns started. --- Take me for what I am -- who I was meant to be.
