I wouldn't say so, because the "disease" is just your body's reaction to it, not anything created by the pathogen itself. If you're allergic to peanuts and somebody tries using peanut butter as lube during sexytime with you, your subsequent reaction wouldn't be considered an STD. The disease is triggered by something sexually transmitted, but it is not itself transmitted sexually.
