It makes sense to me.

If you're vegan, you dont only eat non animal products for health reasons, but for caring about life and planet sustainability. Meaning you probably care way too much about everything. Meaning you're already susceptible to anxiety and maybe depression. And the other way round with meat eaters...they're the always confident chads, ignorant of whats wrong around them and dont care.

Also a vegan lifestyle unless supplemented will miss some important minerals and vitamins that could aide in the production of feel good hormones and neuro transmitters.

Also chicken and some other animals have tryptophan which aides in the production of serotonin which makes us feel good and content.

So it makes complete sense to me. Ive also been very anxious all my life and recently have become mostly vegan out of health reasons.
