It's non 0 but saying its not likely is an understatement.

Way back when there used to be a match of college all stars vs the super bowl champ. And at first the game was competitive. But the NFL grew over time and eventually started to dominate the matchup.

Like, remember, that's the best college has to offer (which albeit now means all future nfl talent) vs the super bowl champs. So if it's like that team vs a very bad nfl team? Or lets say they have a year of prep to play together etc? Then yes, I do see them winning that matchup a non insignificant amount of times.

But just a normal college team like even Alabama or Clemson vs a nfl team? They COULD win... but won't.
