They need workers right now so they might not actually can him, and I think overnight shifts cleaning toilets would be a worse punishment anyway. This is of course after he serves any jail time for aggravated assault. What baffles me, however, is how the food could have been cold if the guy had just ordered it. Fast food burger joints haven't had food sitting out for a very long time - they make it when you order it, and they make it quick.
