But if we're just talking primal urges, you can throw things like breathing and hunger in there as well, because those are things where the reptile part of your brain comes crawling and screaming to the surface if you stop doing them. And if we want to get a bit philosophical, you could probably throw things like anger or laughter in to the mix. And blind panic. And crippling grief. Maybe even yawning.
