For 0: y = 3(0) +4 -> y = 4 For 1: y = 3(1) + 4 -> y = 7 For 2: y = 3(2) + 4 -> y = 10. So on and so forth. Plot a few points then draw the line. In this case the line is straight so its not a big deal.
