Topic	Is it pretty much impossible to get an Xbox Series X, or any next gen console?

Download the Twitter app on your phone, follow stock trackers like Jake Randall, Matt Swider , etc., (they aren't the only trackers, but they're who I followed) and keep your notifications on. For a lot of the stock drops (some drops will be sudden though), they know ahead of time that it's coming and you just have to be ready at that time to try and get one before others do. I've been seeing the Series X in stock a lot this past month though. It sucks, but that's how it is right now.
