Now, I'm no expert on reincarnation, but that wouldn't make her current form trans. The whole deal with reincarnation is that you can be virtually anything in your next life. You may be a man now, but if you die and reincarnate, you could be a woman in your next like. Or a dog. Or a fish. Or an insect. Whatever. Because the soul is separate from the physical vessel it inhabits.

Not counting unusual, specific reincarnation rules like Zelda, where the same people keep reincarnating as the same people in new eras.
