Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said 82% of the total force has had one jab meaning 263,200 members are refusing to do so The figures are more promising for the active-duty force where 97% are vaccinated while 87% of that have 2 doses. Active duty troops must be fully inoculated by December 15 while Reserve and National Guard Employees have until June 30, 2022 to get it Kirby said there's little resistance to the vaccine and said they understand that this is an important program and are participating in it 383,560 cases have been detected in the military with 578 related deaths Before the mandate vaccines were optional as Gen.
