However.... I think anyone, male/female/other, that wants to take six months off work for parental leave, shouldn't be in top level jobs w/ high pay and high responsibilities. No, sorry, you can't "have it all" and be a high powered CEO or whatever while also vanishing for half a damn year to be w/ family 24/7. You're just being selfish at that point.
