Im a paramedic, used to work in the hospital taking medical histories of 30+ people a day

You guys are being ridiculous "getting old" at 35

Your issues are 100% your shit lifestyles catching up with you. I saw 80 year olds on no meds who looked 60 and they were lifelong athletes who ate foods from a farm

No shit, You aren't telling me something that I don't already know. Not everyone has the resources or time to eat right or work out three to five times a day. I had three back surgeries because an in grown hair had intergrown itself on my lower back. Three different times. I was doing great, I was 300 lbs, losing about ten lbs a week with a cut down diet(I cut out candies, I cut out McDonald's foods, Anything salty or sugary.) I drank 4lbs a water daily, and ran two miles a day. Waking up? I stretched and did 40 situps and pushups to start my day.
