Either way, her response was completely uncalled for. She should be ejected from the team at the very least. She probably tripped on the other girl accidently. You can see her foot land on the other girls foot. Which isn't uncommon. Then decided to pull her down with her. Which isn't uncommon. But then smashes her hard in the face.
