Topic	At the end of the day, do most employers care if you leave them?

For example, I just asked for the company card so I could buy some telephone wire, light bulbs and wire twists. I was told there was no money on the card. But go ahead and buy what I needed and I'd be reimbursed. I said absolutely no way.
