Topic	At the end of the day, do most employers care if you leave them?
Zanzenburger 11/16/21 10:31:29 AM #20:	I had to quit a job once because I needed to finish my PhD full time and they offered to keep me in my job at 75% time with full benefits to allow me to devote more time to school. Once I finished I told them that now the 75% part time employment wasn't sufficient to cover my bills so they bumped me back to 100% and also gave me a promotion and a raise. They specifically said they didn't want to lose me and would do what they could in their power to keep me. --- Congratulations!
