Topic	Does the government need complete control of citizens lives?

Maybe not that much control but enough control where the government has the power to mandate certain actions in order to keep the public safe, like forcibly getting people vaccinated or face serious consequences. Governments throughout history have tried to keep their citizens safe through such actions and its unfortunate our government cant get something simple like a vaccine mandate going, bodily autonomy is not a right when the public is in danger.
