My HR manager at the my rehab facility had us in a meeting this morning asking who was vaccinated and who wasnt. She then told us she isnt and will never get it and that she supports choice. She then handed out religious and medical except forms to all of us to sign (Which I refused since I was the only one vaccinated) saying the company will approve it automatically. Something about asking for our vaccine status in public and lying on forms for employees to avoid the vaccine seems shady.

So now Im working at a facility where all the staff, but myself have exceptions from the vaccine and both myself and the residents are no longer going to be any safer than we were before when the mandates start.
