IronBornCorps 11/19/21 4:07:30 PM #387: | Ah yes, he was defending himself from being in a situation he put himself, using a gun he has no business possessing, "helping protect the peace" despite not being a police officer (or even an adult), in a state he doesn't live in. He was walking around like some vigilante in a chaotic situation, and people attacked him for it. Was it self defense in being attacked? Apparently the court ruled yes. That completely ignores the issue that he should be prosecuted for carrying an illegal firearm across state lines, and acting like he was some volunteer deputy of the law at the minimum. Those people are dead because of his actions, and I don't really care if they were bad people or not. He's not an executioner who gets to decide who is good and bad. I also can't really blame someone for trying to disarm the kid who is walking around with an assault rifle playing out his Johnny Law fantasies. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
