Dismissed because defense argued gun was not unlawfully short barreled and thus in compliance with a state law that has an exception for those under 18 to carry a hunting rifle. Then the defense argued that the restrictions in said exception didn't apply to their client because those only apply to children under the age of 16. Judge thought it over and ruled to dismiss the charges.

and you wonder why people think the judge is bias?
My concern is why ol Raze referenced Romeo and Juliet laws, which regard statutory rape lmao. Maybe weve been worrying about the wrong person this whole time
