Yeah the story in Arcane is already not 100% consistent with existing lore in terms of timing which I think is probably for the better. I don't know enough to comment on specific changes--moreso I think it's good they don't seem to treat existing lore (which seems a bit scattered at times) as a hard constraint.

Also wasn't even thinking about the raven thing when watching but I definitely agree with you.
