two users in particular were just shutting down anything I tried to talk about, for quite a while just reacting to anything I said with derision and hostility

when I tried talking about it I was met with that same derision and animosity

I left the group because thats just my BPD MO when it comes to conflict. I was talking about it with my wife, who I had forgotten was part of the same group. Without me knowing she posted something which was very embarrassing and I asked for her phone so I could delete it.

And curiosity got the best of me in that moment. I wanted to know what they said. I should not have looked behind that curtain. But I did, and even with my paranoia I was shocked at some of the things being said and suggested about me, and dark speculations about me that were as cruel as they are baseless.

I'm mead. I struggle with BPD. It isn't an excuse, but it's a real illness. I'm trying.
