Malice murder is when you intentionally kill someone. He was found guilty of both, and the felony murder was a guilty charge because he was committing other crimes like false imprisonment and aggravated assault.It was phrased awkwardly in the article I was reading. In the list of what they were charged with they called out felony murder and malice murder separately, but when they got to what each defendant was convicted of, they listed it as two counts of felony murder and no mention of the malice murder. ...
