Yeah but nah but yeah but nah.

Ive got a mate whos the absolute nicest guy ever, but hes a bit vain. Hes an absolute unit but would never do steroids, because arrogance. Its all about the diet and the regime, but more importantly the aesthetics of what people want to go for. Do you think Charles Atlas had steroids?

That's great about your mate and everything but PEDs are undeniably a huge issue in the fitness influencer world and everyone in the industry fucking knows that every single goddamn male celebrity is on them. Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale - every single one of those guys is on gear, there is just no way their "chicken broccoli and rice" diet and bullshit bosu ball exercise workouts on Mens Fitness are getting them there.

That said it's not that it's impossible to get swole without gear - just that it makes shit a lot faster and easier. There's no way these guys are putting on 50lbs of muscle in 3 months because of chicken breast.

And it's a cultural problem now because kids just want to get on gear before they've even put in any serious time training. More Plates More Dates on youtube covers this quite well.
