Since the reason for work from home being better in every way are almost self explanatory. Separation of homelife and work is important. Having a separate place to go to work greatly helps with that. Which in itself can tell you they aren't as good as the covid alternative of VOD. "Theater experience" and "nothing will ever beat it" without tangible and/or quantifiable reasoning afterwards are just another way of saying "the new way is probably better but I can't wrap my head around it because it's new and so I'll just stick with the old way" Let me give a similar argument then as well. "Going out" definitely adds value. And I am not even going to quote the others, you are just social recluse are you not? You do whatever makes you comfortable. And I will do the same.
